Modern Architecture in Laguna Beach
Chris LeTourneau was born and raised in Laguna Beach and still lives here. He knows its neighborhoods, its hillsides and its character as a resident, not just as an architect. Since founding LeTourneau Architecture in 2006, he has designed modern homes and thoughtful renovations across the town, and he personally leads every project.
Design Review, a Laguna Beach specialty
Laguna Beach has one of the most demanding design review processes in California, and it’s a core part of what we do. Chris has guided projects through it for years. He knows the city’s guidelines, its planning staff and how the Design Review Board evaluates a project, and he has a long-standing working relationship with the board. Every project is designed with that process in mind from the start, so the house that gets approved is the house you wanted.
Architecture and interiors, one hand
We work as both architect and interior designer. Materials, cabinetry, lighting and furniture are designed alongside the architecture, so the finished home is one complete idea.
Our design studio is near Fashion Island in Newport Beach. We work throughout Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Orange County.
